| SERVICES Our services include property / building patrol services, we also offer on - site security services which provides access control and other services which cannot be controlled by patrol services. We also offer nightclub / bar security (bouncer) services, traffic enforcement, parking complaints, delivery of notices from management, evictions, Investigations, terminations, HUD, section 8, and low income housing, hotels / motels, banking firms, jewelry and liquor retailers, construction, adult entertainment venues, auto dealerships, bars / night clubs just to name a few. We also provide service and alarm to other markets including storage facilities, office buildings, commercial buildings, shopping centers and industrial buildings. We also provide risk management, personal / executive protection, controlled access, CPR, first responder, property protection, CCTV operations, special events and safety management. We also provide a specialized unit named T.A.C. Unit they are primarily assigned to section 8 housing and economically disadvantaged areas. They have extensive training in counter narcotics and anti gang operations. Our officers are trained to handle any emergency situations. We also provide marked and unmarked patrol vehicles that are equipped with state of the art computer dispatch systems, and GPS. This way we know where all of our vehicles are 24 hours a day. CRIME DETERRENCE: We are very effective in deterring crime and would be criminals, by providing highly visible vehicle and foot patrols on a nightly basis. All patrol times are unscheduled and vary from day to day. We utilize the latest patrol techniques as well as community oriented policing procedures. We will provide highly qualified and trained security agents, and will do our best to have the same agents on the same properties. We do this so our agents become familiar with the tenants, property layout and any problems around the community. All of our protection agent's uniforms, personal appearance, attitudes and manner of performance will at all times reflect a professional public image for both community management and Allied Protective Services. Our patrol vehicles are marked and equipped with the latest technology. By using these types of vehicles there is a strong feeling of law enforcement presence with highly effective crime deterrence. We will respond to all resident complaints we receive within a ten minute time frame. We respond to all calls free of charge because this service is included in all of our patrol packages. We will provide documentation of incidents that occur on the property, so management will know what happened on the property after hours. We also provide alarm response to any part of the property that is alarmed. We will be there when you need us.
